What's For Dinner?

I’d
like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you a little
about this site. My name is Sam Shock. Several years ago, I found
myself being a single father of three children. After working all day,
one question always seemed to pop up. “Dad, what’s for dinner?” It was
a constant struggle to decide what to fix with what was in the
refrigerator. Ground beef became a staple of our diet. I knew that we
were loading up on fat, but who has time to sit down and plan meals,
make a grocery list, and do the shopping?
From
those questions came
the idea for this site. I wanted to present a solution for those
people,
like me, who have precious little time and want to provide a balanced
diet for their family.
If you believe that:
- People who eat healthy are more self-confident.
- People who eat healthy live longer.
- Healthy, self-confident people are more successful in school and their careers.
- Successful, Healthy people live happier lives.
Then you owe it to your family to feed them healthy meals.
